Prof Jangkyo Kim Named Highly Cited Researcher 2020 by Web of Science

Prof Jangkyo Kim, Professor Emeritus of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, has been named as a Highly Cited Researcher 2020 by Web of Science. He was recognized in the cross-field category that identifies researchers with substantial influence across serval fields. This is the 2nd time he had been selected in the list, which represents some of the world's most influential scientific minds. The honor gives to researchers who have a contemporary research achievement that rank in the top 1% most-cited in their respective fields over an 11-year period (2009-2019). Such consistent production of highly cited reports indicates that the work of these researchers has been repeatedly judged by their peers to be of notable significance and utility.
